We talk a lot about being Uncommonly Human– for good reason. It’s more than a tagline; it’s a philosophy that guides how we operate each day. Our connection and contribution to the clients we serve and the communities we inhabit extends far beyond screens and keyboards. At the backbone of our services is the goal of ensuring local businesses are running without interruption, boosting the confidence of managers, owners, and employees by securing their systems and infrastructure, and providing a sense of support when it comes to technology in the office. 

Our dedication to the human connection in our business was showcased when clients, employees, and partners mingled in the courtyard of our Natomas office space for a barbecue a few weeks ago. The connections that were formed and strengthened at this event will serve as the basis for future collaboration– but they also remind us of the importance of community. 

This was also true when we welcomed our longtime partners from River City Bank for a taco lunch. But let’s be honest—it wasn’t really about the tacos. It was about people showing up with curiosity and kindness, finding moments of connection beyond email threads and meeting invites. No pitch. No agenda. Just trust in progress.

Foresight IT does not intend to be a faceless entity that outsources domestic employees. We strive to nurture the mutually beneficial relationships that drive our business by fostering the human side of IT. Organizing and taking part in these types of events is an essential aspect of our philosophy.
